Setup
We work with you to determine the optimal implementation for your company. Then we set up your account with users and workflows, import your master data such as creditors, debtors, cost centers, etc., and train you in the operation.
Training
For larger teams we also offer training sessions on working with eco Billflow. Training can conveniently take place via Microsoft Teams, but we also come to you in person.

Yes, you can import your master data from accounting software or DATEV Unternehmen Online into eco Billflow.
How can invoices or other documents be imported into eco Billflow?

Each company has an email inbox in eco Billflow to which documents can be forwarded directly. Documents can also be uploaded manually or imported via APIs. Incoming and outgoing invoices can also be retrieved from the e‑invoice portal.
Can I manage multiple companies with eco Billflow?
Answer:
Yes, you can manage any number of companies in your eco Billflow account. The dashboard provides all relevant information for each company at a glance.
Is eco Billflow available in multiple languages?

What/how can be coded in eco Billflow?
Answer:
eco Billflow allows coding of incoming and outgoing invoices. An invoice can be split into multiple items or imported directly from the article list in the invoice.
Are employees notified of new documents?
Answer:
Employees in the workflow where new invoices arrive are notified by eco Billflow via email. Each employee can configure the frequency of notifications individually.
